is curious that the trucks that transport them, force them to take covered with tarps so they do not emit debris and then leave without a canvas, in anywhere, at the mercy of the wind takes it all.
a couple of months ago I reported to the Department of Environment, Government of Aragon, but so far I have not received a reply.
Anyway, that gives a picture of neglect and lawlessness that says a lot about waste management in Aragon.
